● सर्व महाविद्यालयीन प्राचार्यांना सौजन्यपूर्वक विनंती. वंचित समाजातील विद्यार्थ्यांना ऐन परीक्षा काळात शिक्षण शुल्क भरण्यासाठी छळू नका.

महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या अनुसूचित जाती व जमाती आयोगामध्ये नुकत्याच झालेल्या सुनावणीस माननीय न्यायाधीश साहेबांनी मुंबई विद्यापीठ संलग्नित वरिष्ठ महाविद्यालयाच्या प्राचार्यांना फटकारले. आयोगाने अनुसूचित जाती जमातीतील विद्यार्थ्याने शिक्षण शुल्क भरले नाही म्हणून परिक्षेस बसण्यापासून वंचित करू नये व शिक्षण शुल्क भरण्यासंदर्भात काढण्यात आलेले परिपत्रक त्वरित मागे घेण्यात यावे असे निर्देश दिलेत.

तसेच सहाय्यक आयुक्त समाज कल्याण यांनी शिक्षण शुल्काची रक्कम महाविद्यालयास त्वरित अदा करावी असे आदेश दिले.

सर्व महाविद्यालयीन विश्वस्त व प्राध्यापकांना विनंती करतो की आपण आपल्या शैक्षणिक संस्थेची उद्दिष्ट्ये बाजारीकरणापेक्षा परोपकारी भावनेने गाठावे. जर राज्य सरकारच्या समाजकल्याण खात्याकडून आपली शिक्षणशुल्काची रक्कम आली नसल्यास त्वरित कळवावे ती रक्कम मिळवून देण्यास आम्ही आपली मदत करू. 

आपणास पुनश्च विनंती करतो की वंचित घटकातील विद्यार्थ्यांचा शैक्षणिक अन्याय, अत्याचार व छळ करू नये  अन्यथा भारतीय संविधान व दंडसंहितेच्या सामोरे जाण्यास तयार राहावे. 

◆ लोकहितार्थ हा संदेश शिक्षणसंस्था व्यवस्थापक व महाविद्यालयीन प्राचार्यांना/ प्रद्यापकांना पुढे पाठवून प्रचार व प्रसार करावा.

● Cordially request to all the colleges Principals not to harass the students of deprived community to pay their fee dues  at the time of exams. In the recent hearing of State government SC/ST Commission, Hon Justice reprimanded Principal of Mum Univ affiliated degree college and ask to withdraw the circular of fee dues immediately and not to deprive students from giving their exams at the same time commission ordered the social welfare Dept to clear all the pending scholarship amount as early as possible.

Therefore my humble request to all the colleges Trustees and Principals to serve their institutional motive Philanthropically rather than acting Commercially. In case if your dues are not cleared by state govt social welfare Dept let us know we will help you to resolve it.

Please avoid social injustice and all forms of exploitation towards deprived community students or else face the repercussions as per Constitution of Bharat and Indian penal code.
